Users provide their information on enSOM when they want to access the application, perform maintenance, supply diesel, address a fault, travel to site or for other reasons. In this case, certain information of Users such as name-surname, geolocation is collected.

• To track user activity in managing the organizations operations,
• To track movement of users responsible to address supply and repairs on sites,

It is the User’s responsibility to keep the information provided on Extended Networks Site Operation Manager (enSOM) accurate and up to date. The information requested from you must be conveyed accurately and updated if there is any change. You may update the information you share with Extended Networks at any time by emailing Extended Network Operation Center (noc@extendednetworks.net) . When you provide information on Extended Networks Site Operation Manager (enSOM) on behalf of someone else, you undertake that you have the right to share this information with Extended Networks / you are authorized to do so.

6. Redirecting to Third Parties

Extended Networks is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages and expenses that may occur as a result of any errors, interruptions, delays, viruses, line and/or system failures that may occur during the providing of our services electronically.
